NO-14 is a carrier and nonionic surfactant applied in acid copper plating baths, which can effectively improve the throwing power of low current density areas.
Compatible with polyether, sulfur-containing and polyamine compounds, NO-14 produces bright, ductile and relatively flat copper deposits.
