Oil and gas industry is composed of oil exploration, drilling, development, exploitation, oil and gas gathering and transportation, oil and gas treatment, oil and gas storage, transportation, oil and gas refining and other links, in each link of production there are corrosion problems.

The factors causing corrosion are diverse, the effect is very complex, in addition to the equipment selection of excellent performance of the material in industrial production, the main anti-corrosion measures are: electrochemical protection (cathodic protection, sacrificial anode protection), equipment surface coating anti-corrosion layer, adding chemical agents (corrosion inhibitors, fungicides, scale inhibitors, etc.).

With the extension of oilfield development time, the comprehensive water content is increasing. The oil water produced from oil Wells contains CO2, H2S, dissolved oxygen, organic acid and sulfate, and the water has high salinity, which causes corrosion to oil tubing, casing and crude oil gathering and transportation system. Corrosion, deformation and fracture of oil tubing and casing are found in many oil fields, and the perforation of crude oil lead-collecting system pipeline is increasingly serious, which directly affects the normal production of oil fields.

Oil well corrosion inhibitor protection has been implemented abroad since the 1970s, oil well drug anticorrosion can not only protect the oil pipe, casing and downhole equipment, but also can play a role in protecting oil collection pipelines and equipment, is a low-cost, easy to implement, quick effect measures.

At present, the main types of corrosion inhibitors are proparyl alcohols, organic amines, imidazolines and quaternary ammonium salts.

The corrosion inhibitor 2SY92-1 used in Zhongyuan Oilfield is a kind of corrosion inhibitor for water soluble oil dispersing and adsorbed film, which is composed of synthetic oxynomethyl ammonium salt and oxynomethyl quaternary ammonium salt. The corrosion inhibitor can effectively control the corrosion of some steel and AQm steel under the condition of high salt concentration and carbon dioxide saturation. The corrosion inhibitor concentration is 60-70%, and the corrosion inhibition rate is 80%-90%. When the concentration of  inhibitor per square kilometer in hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 28% at 90℃ is 0, the corrosion rate is only 58 / (m2.h), and the corrosion inhibition rate is greater than 99%. The oil well corrosion inhibitor is periodically dosed with impact prefilm treatment and the concentration is 20-50%. The corrosion inhibitor is injected into the oil casing ring space with the pump, and the weight of the inhibitor is reduced to the bottom of the well, with the output liquid returned from the oil pipe. In this process, the corrosion inhibitor is mostly dissolved in the production water, and a small amount is dispersed in the oil. With the return, the corrosion inhibitor is adsorbed on the metal surface to form a protective film, which plays a protective role.
